ISINKWA ESINSUNDU
Izithako (Ikhekhe)
Izinkomishi ezine (4) ze- whole wheat flour Ithispuni nengxenye (1 1/2) kasawoti Amathispuni amabili (2) kashukela Iphakethe elilodwa (1) lemvubelo esheshayo (instant yeast)
Izipuni zokudla ezimbili (2) zikawoyela. Ngincoma i-canola
U330 ml wamanzi afudumele Indlelakwenza
Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku
200°C, bese ulungisa ipani lesinkwa ngokulifaka iphepha lokubhaka okanye ukulifafaze nge non-stick spray.
Endishini, thela uflawa, usawoti kanye noshukela bese uhlanganisa nge-whisk.
Faka imvubelo uqhubeke uhlanganise bese ubeka eceleni.
Kwenye indishi, hlanganisa uwoyela namazi bese uqulela kwingxube yezithako ezomile.
Hlanganisa ngephini bese ulandela ngokuxova ngesandla kuze kwenzeke inhlama ethambile.
Vuvuzela indawo yokusebenzela ngoflawa bese uqhubeka uxove ngesandla inhlama yakho ize ibe ngathi iyanwebeka uma uyidonsa ngezandla (elastic).
Lungisa isitsha ozokhukhumalisela kuso inhlama yakho ngokusigcoba ngebhotela okanye usifafaze nge non-stick spray, bese ufaka inhlama yakho, uyemboze ngendwangu okanye nge cling wrap.
Ibeke endaweni efudumele cishe imizuzu elishumi (10). Phinda uxove inhlama yakho cishe umzuzu owodwa (1) bese uyifaka epanini lesinkwa, isibohlile. Yemboze nge cling wrap bese uyibeka futhi endaweni efudumele, ikhukhumale kuze kube iphindeka kabili (imizuzu ecishe ibe ngamashumi amathathu).
Ninda inhlama kancane ngamanzi phezulu, bese uyifaka kuhhavini, ubhake imizuzu ephakathi kwengamashumi amathathu (30) nengamashumi amathathu nanhlanu (35).
Khipha isinkwa kuhhavini usibeke ngaphandle ukuze siphole. Ungasithokozela sisashisa okanye uma sesiphole ngokuphelele.
* Okubalulekile ukuthi ukukhumbule njalo uma ubhaka ngemvubelo (yeast) ukuthi zonke izithako ezimanzi ozisebenzisayo kufanele zifudumale. Imvubelo isebenza kahle uma ihlangana nokufudumala. Uma kwenzeka izithako zakho zishise kakhulu esikhundleni sokufudumala, imvubelo izofa nokuzohlela ekutheni inhlama yakho ingakhukhumali.
