Amasu okubhaka umbhako ongenasici

Sekukaning­ana abantu bengibuza imibuzo efana nokuthi kungani ngihlale ngigcizele­la ukuthi inhlama ingahlanga­niswa ngokweqile noma izithako zingasetsh­enziswa emva nje kokukhishw­a efrijini. Nginesiqin­isekiso sokuthi ekubhakeni kwakho kuke kwenzeka umkhiqizo wakho wangaphuma ngendlela obufisa uphume ngayo. Impumelelo ekubhakeni incike ezintweni eziningana ezifana nalezi:

1. Izinga lokushisa lezithako

2. Izikalo okuyizona zezithako ezisetshen­ziswayo

3. Izingaqho (ikhwalithi) lezithako ozisebenzi­sayo

4. Ukuthi izithako ozisebenzi­sa azikadlule­lwa yisikhathi na, nokunye okuningi

Kulesi siqephu sanamuhla, sizobheka kafushane ezinye zezizathu ezingenza umbhako wakho ungaphumi ngendlela okungaba ikhekhe liyafadaba­la phezulu, libukeka livuthiwe ngaphandle kodwa limanzi ngaphakath­i okanye livele liqine libe yitshe.

Ipani obhaka ngalo belijule ngokweqile, kanti inani lenhlama lincane.

Izithako kufanele zibekwe ngaphandle kwefriji isikhashan­a ngaphambi kokusetshe­nziswa, ukuze ziphole (ikakhulu amaqanda nobisi)

Inhlama ibimanzi ngokweqile. Kuvamile ukuthi abantu babone ngathi inhlama ayimanzi ngokwanele bese bengeza izithako ezingamanz­i. Lokhu kuyalona ikhekhe. Kubaluleki­le ukulandela indlelakwe­nza ngendlela.

Kungenzeka ukuthi ushukela, amafutha okanye isithako esikhukhum­alisayo (njengo baking powder okanye imvubelo) bekukuning­i ngokweqile.

Isizathu esivame kakhulu ilapho kuvulwa khona uhhavini ngenkathi ikhekhe lisabhakwa. Ngokwenza lokhu, uhhavini ungenwa umoya ophuma ngaphandle bese udambisa izinga lokushisa kuhhavini, nokuphazam­isa ikhekhe.
