1. Choosing not to ride or race with chamois cream.

2. Forgetting your chamois cream, and being too skaam to ask someone if you can use theirs.

3. Best not shared – but if you do, remember the golden rule: don’t double dip! 4. Under- applying will end in tears. 5. Over- applying will end in embarrassment, as it will ooze through your chamois ( with awkward consequences).

6. Applying chamois cream before applying sunblock is a crime against hygiene.

7. And finally, never wipe any excess cream on your black shorts...
