Bridge for Umthatha shoppers

The King Sabata Dalindyebo municipality has allocated R5.3m for the construction of a 37m bridge for residents of villages near Mthatha, who for years have had to wade across a river to go to town. Mayor Dumani Zozo said the project, which started a few weeks ago, would take 10 months to complete.
