Residential estate to attract demand

-

Rawson Auctions Western Cape is bringing to auction a 1.45ha approved residential development in Langeberg Glen, Cape Town in July.

The development, Vida Unico Residential Estate, will have 56 exclusive residential units, which will be split among 14 apartment blocks, four in each block, and range from 101m² to 218m² in size.

Some of the surrounding amenities include Cape Gate Shopping Centre, Food Lovers Market, Virgin Active, Curro Durbanville Private School and Okavango Crossing Shopping Mall. The area also offers direct access to the N1 highway off Okavango Road.

The development will include two large wet ponds with water features, children’s play areas and beautiful landscaping. Given that all open areas within the development will be maintained by the estate itself and that Vida Unico is pet friendly, the environment it creates is stress-free, inclusive, comfortable and safe.

“The units are to be designed with style, modernity and functionality in mind — perfect for any young professional or couple. They are architecturally breathtaking. I love that each unit has its own garden. These won’t be on the market for long,” said Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape.

Potential buyers should note that the estate is sold as a proposed development only; the sellers are still actively marketing and selling separate units off plan. All units sold will be offset against the purchase price.

Completion of phase one will be in about August 2018. If the development is split into two phases then phase two will be completed in August 2019.

Individual units are currently being marketed.

The auction will be silent by tender (written offers in a sealed envelope) with tenders closing on July 26 at noon.
