APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO HOLD AN INTEREST CONTEMPLATED IN SECTION 38 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that Vast Way Trade and Invest Proprietary Limited of 3rd Floor, Pegasus One Building, Cnr of January Masilela and Amarand Avenue, Waterkloof Glen Ext 2, 0181, Republic of South Africa intends submitting an application to the Gauteng Gambling Board for consent to hold a financial interest as contemplated in section 38 of the Gauteng Gambling Act, 1995, as amended, in Sun Time Square Proprietary Limited to trade as Sun Time Square. The application will be open to public inspection at the offices of the Board from Wednesday, 13 June 2018.

Attention is directed to the provisions of section 20 of the Gauteng Gambling Act, 1995 as amended, which makes provision for the lodging of written representations in respect of the application.

Such representations should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Gauteng Gambling Board, Private Bag X934, Pretoria, 0001, within one month from Monday, 27 February 2017. Any person submitting representations should state in such representation whether or not they wish to make oral representations at the hearing of the application.
