Top-floor flat in prime spot in Belville

-

Rawson Auctions Western Cape will auction a two-bedroom flat on August 15. The property is located in a prime area of Bellville just off Voortrekker Road.

On the top floor of Parksig Villas is a two-bedroom flat, a lock-up-and-go unit with an achievable rental income stream of R5,500 a month.

The flat has a kitchen with an oven, counter tops and built-in cupboards, two bedrooms — the main has built-in cupboards — a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and shower.

The property has its own 17m² garage and a parking bay.

It is located in a security complex and is considered extremely safe, as access to the estate is controlled.

Rates and taxes for the 46m² vacant-on-transfer unit are R132 a month.

“Rentable accommodation is always a sought-after commodity,” said Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape.

“Given this property’s location – it sits just off Voortrekker Road – finding tenants will be a breeze,” she said.

The property will go on auction on August 15 at 12pm at the Rawson Property Group head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town.

The reserve price is R530,000, but all offers will be reviewed.

The seller is registered for VAT, and as such, transfer duty is not payable.

In line with the terms of Rawson Auctions, there is no registration fee to bid.

However, 5% deposit of the purchase price, as well as 10% commission plus VAT over and above the purchase price must be paid to Rawson Auctions by the buyer on acceptance of the seller.

Interested parties have been requested to submit all offers on the Rawson Auctions standard terms and conditions offer to purchase. Bids can be delivered to Rawson’s offices at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.
