Rawson Auctions Western Cape will auction three properties that present buyers with a variety of opportunities – in Salt River, Observatory and Woodstock.

The first property is a fivebedroom, double-storey home with mixed-use zoning. Its location (1 Shannon Road, Salt River) and composition make it ideal for use as student accommodation, business premises, or a family home.
