Collusive firm bags City contract

Finally! Long overdue! Investigate the City of Cape Town’s supply chain management (system). The City of Cape Town never wants to take responsibility for their mistakes. How is the National Treasury in Pretoria supposed to know this information if feedback is not given to them from the Western Cape Treasury?
