Water: critical warning issued

-

Nawahl Razak: You know, I’ve heard several residents express their feelings about not wanting to inconvenience themselves to take short showers for example. They wonder why they should do that when many many people still live and have always lived lives of luxury with jacuzzis and swimming pools, and multi-head showers. Oh, the luxuries that were never curbed. Adele De Smidt: I’m wondering what the hidden agenda is for all this focus on the water? What’s the hat trick, when you are not watching the “hands”? Stacey David: I read in a purportedly reliable publication that Israel offered the technology they have to the country that would make it possible to utilise ocean water, thereby remedying the problem. However, the ANC claimed the cost of the technology was too high. Israel then offered the technology for FREE and the ANC AGAIN refused, claiming that they have measures in place to address the water crisis. Is this an attempt on the ANC’s part to discredit the DA, I wonder? If so, it’s a cruel and pathetically desperate attempt and they should add it to their already long list of reasons to be ashamed! Graham Allan Johnson: There are way too many spotlessly clean motor vehicles around for starters... people always in line but it is now time for non-washing of vehicles... Everybody! Faisal Petersen: Multiple warnings have been given regarding the critical level. What is the plan of action when we run out of water? Ayyoob Allie: Can get water from SA Breweries? Cassandra Anne Grobbelaar: Holy moley that’s terrifying!
