Reducing provinces! Apartheid had nothing to do with our many provinces! If you remember we only had four – Cape Province, Transvaal, Orange Free State and Natal before all was changed! And what does the city have in place when the rain comes pouring down… blocked stormwater drains, flooded roads, another disaster… are there strategies in place for when our cups runneth over? It’s great to sit back and wait for a miracle to happen but do we have preventative measures in place to avoid another disaster and maybe at the same time capture the much needed water/ rain! Heavenly Father, please open your floodgates of heaven and fill our dams with water.
