President’s man turns in ‘bribe’
BRASILIA: An adviser of Brazilian President Michel Temer has turned over a money-filled briefcase that he seemingly received from the owner of meat-packing giant JBS, federal police announced.
Rodrigo Rocha Loures was filmed receiving the briefcase at a restaurant in Sao Paulo last month.
According to owner Joesley Batista, Rocha Loures received the money as an intermediary for Temer in exchange for government favours for JBS.
