The success of this operation is largely based on the Sanzaf active approach which includes planning and networking with individual­s and groups. This enables organisati­ons to accomplish goals they could not achieve alone.

About 22 000 families across the country will benefit from Sanzaf’s Operation Fitrah this Ramadaan. The public is also encouraged to attend the Zakah workshops and seminars.

About 2 500 food hampers for needy families across the Western Cape are being packed before the start of Ramadaan.

As part of addressing food security for families in need, Sanzaf provides Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and Iftar (meal for breaking of the fast).
