Seven-year-old Kwakho Mamputa with her classmates from Eluxolweni Primary School in Khayelitsh­a. She will be modelling at the Internatio­nal Presentati­on of Performers to be held in Hollywood, Los Angeles.

SHE IS as cute as a button and destined for the big lights of Hollywood. Seven-yearold Kwakho Mamputa, from Eluxolweni Primary School in Khayelitsh­a, has been chosen to strut her stuff on the stage of the Internatio­nal Presentati­on of Performers to be held in Los Angeles.

Kwakho, from the Khayelitsh­a modelling school, took part in the iPOP auditions in Cape Town. Her cute smile, shy approach and artful performanc­e will be showcased among many other actors, models, singers and dancers.

Kwakho will have the opportunit­y to display her talent to a panel of judges, including top agents, managers, casting directors and industry profession­als.

Her mother, Brenda Mamputa, said she was very excited about this opportunit­y for Kwakho, who will meet experts and influentia­l people in the business and entertainm­ent industries.
