Water bill discrepancy

MY complaint is that I had a water regulator fitted at my premises to curb the high water accounts.

This was done more than a year ago and I paid about R2 300 to have it installed.

The amount of my bill was extremely high and after numerous complaints to the City of Cape Town this matter never seems to be resolved.

The regulator has to be set at 350 litres a day and I asked myself how can I pay bills raging from R4 500 to R5 500 every month.
