God’s justice will prevail for Justice Mogoeng

-

THERE isn’t a reason, for those Christians who in huge numbers support the stance of Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng, to be concerned for him.

I know I am not. Truth to tell, I am overjoyed by the way things are playing out concerning the relationship between his confession as a Christian and the human-made laws called the Constitution.

Let us allow the human wisdom seasoned with Biblical themes called the Constitution to hang itself slowly but surely. Indeed, human history would reveal that not even the Roman Empire or the Pharisees and Sadducees could prevail against the name of the Lord and those who confess belief in him above any earthly authority and power.

South Africa is probably the only country seeking to have divine godliness through legalised sinfulness. How do you explain a country established by Christians, with a Christian majority, in a so-called democracy proclaiming through a minority of lawyers, politicians and philosophers, God as a myth? And, let us look very carefully into the fruits or outcomes of this constitutional superiority, and it becomes clear that South Africa leads in all vices and lags behind in almost all virtues. The country of supposedly sweeter rights than Biblical promises and prophecies leads in immorality, rape and violence.

The human ability to do wrong can never be conquered without the power of God. The main opponents of Justice Mogoeng are of course those who secretly wish the Christian majority and its God would disappear and keep quiet.

What should be known, though, is that Justice Mogoeng is not alone in his support for Israel, and neither was he educated to be a lawyer and anointed a witness by the Constitutional Court or JSC.
