Media reflects Israeli ‘crimes’ while Sharia justice beheads a woman in the streets

- Bloubergstrand

THE media constantly reflects the crimes of which Israel stands accused and for which some want to haul her before the International Criminal Court, irrespective of their own abominations.

Last night I watched a video on TV of a beheading that took place in a Muslim town.

Before a large crowd of bystanders a woman was held down in a street. She was repeatedly shouting a phrase in Arabic. Was it: “I am innocent? Have mercy? Allahu akbar?” Then a sword flashed, there was a scream of pain and then silence. Her severed head and corpse were put into an ambulance. Only a pool of blood remained to show that Sharia justice had been done. Don Krausz Killarney, Jhb are needed? Will we see machine gun nests and anti-missile defences being installed so that any unfortunate individual or a plane in the distance will be fired upon? Does No 1 really believe such extra measures are necessary?

I believe I am right in saying that previous presidents of different political persuasions saw no reason why they needed such security, so if I am correct why does No 1 need it? If any former president needed extra security it would have been Die Groot Krokodil.

What happens when No 1 steps down, assuming he does not do a Mugabe on us? Will these security features still be needed, since this is his private residence, or will they be removed? No doubt the police minister will say they will continue to be needed, but to quote Mandy Rice-Davies in the infamous Profumo scandal in the UK, “he would say that, wouldn’t he”.

So we are going to have to pay for these extra security measures. How pathetic can No I and his apparatchik Nhleko get as they clearly believe we will grovel and agree with all of this. How dare we protest!! Ian Swindale
