Mark Zuckerberg. The founder of Facebook started raking in the cash while he was still a college student and had just started the social networking site in 2004. He is now worth $20 billion (R260bn).

Cameron Johnson. At age 9, Johnson began making money by selling invitation cards. By 11 years old he had saved up enough to form his company Cheers And Tears. His net worth is $3.2 million.

Juliette Brindak. She launched the website Miss O And Friends when she was only 10. Her brand is worth $15m.

Farrah Gray. Gray started selling body lotion at the age of 6. At 13 years he founded Farr-Out Food. He became a millionair­e at 14, and today is the youngest person to have a Wall Street office, He is estimated to be worth at least $2m.

Adam Hildreth. At only 14 years old, Adam Hildreth and his six friends launched the famous English social networking site Dubit in 1999. He was ranked at No 23 in the top 100 richest young people in the UK, according to the 2011 Sunday Times rich list, and is continuing to climb.
