THIS COMING week investors will concentrat­e on South Africa’s inflation rate for August and on the Monetary Policy Meeting (MPC) of the Reserve Bank. Globally most countries will publish their latest inflation data, retail sales, balance of trade and Purchasing Managers Indices (PMI). The US will hold its Foreign Open Market Commission meeting of the Federal Reserve and announce its interest rate decision.
