THIS week investors will concentrat­e on the announceme­nt of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Reserve Bank of their decision on interest rates this coming Thursday.

StatsSA will also release the latest inflation rate this Wednesday.

Globally, a lot of countries will release their Purchasing Managers Indices (PMIs) for services, manufactur­ing and composite as well as retail sales, inflation rates and unemployme­nt data.

Thursday, November 23: The MPC of the Reserve Bank will announce its decision on interest rates.
