ECONOMIC DIARY 11 – 15 DECEMBER
Locally, this coming week investors will concentrate on the announcement of the latest manufacturing data, the inflation rate and the third quarter balance of trade figures.
The Reserve Bank will publish its quarterly bulletin for the third quarter. On the global front, the US Federal Reserve will announce its latest interest rate decision. Most developed market economies will also release their latest retail sales, inflation rates, industrial and their manufacturing production numbers.

Tomorrow: Stats SA will announce the manufacturing production data for October.
Wednesday: Stats SA will publish the inflation rate for November and retail sales numbers during October.
Thursday: The Reserve Bank will publish its latest Quarterly Bulletin. It will release the current account balance for Q3. Stats SA will also announce November’s PPI figure.
