“Delft SAPS in conjunction with law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at a house in Voorbrug in Delft. They found a variety of drugs comprising tik, mandrax tablets and ecstacy with an estimated street value of R224 300.
“Presumed stolen property was also found on the premises. Two females and one male aged between 29 and 34 were arrested and face charges of dealing in drugs and possession of presumed stolen goods,” said Traut.

Meanwhile, police discovered a hydroponic dagga laboratory at the Hout Bay home of a woman in her forties. She was not at home at the time.
This came after they had reacted to a complaint of possible trespassing. While investigating, they came across a hydroponic laboratory comprising dagga drying equipment, four large bags filled with dagga, and 20 dagga plants.
In another incident two people were arrested for being in possession of uncut diamonds.
This came after they had jumped a light, driving a silver Mercedes-Benz in the CBD. This prompted police to follow them. On the N2, the vehicle was pulled, which led to the discovery of R74 000 in cash and six uncut stones, believed to be diamonds.
