Epilepsy challenges
AS A member of the Western Cape branch of Epilepsy South Africa, I think it is important to note that we are celebrating international epilepsy week in which we are highlighting the challenges faced by persons with epilepsy.
We are also celebrating the achievements of those who have epilepsy.
We are still strongly pushing for appropriate legislation to guarantee human rights of persons with epilepsy. We want to empower people with epilepsy to maximise their quality of life.
