RSR NURBURG

My host for this extremely memorable experience was RSR Nurburg. The driving academy’s o ice overlooks the 2,8 km Do inger Hohe straight. Ex-porsche and Ferrari race driver, Ron Simons, set up RSR nearly two decades ago and it is regarded as one of the top operators that o er driving experiences at the ’Ring. You can take a taxi ride with one of the many skilled drivers on hand (if you’re lucky, “Rocket” Ron may grab the keys), or hire one of the 100-odd cars on o er. Depending what your bank manager/ significant other approves, you could drive a Renault Twingo or a Mercedes-amg GT S, or anything in between. If you’re not keen on driving the world’s most dangerous circuit, you could take a road tour of the area in one of the many high-performance cars on o er from RSR.
