The medal for bravery goes to CAR. Picking the Sorento as best large Suv/crossover in Top 12 Best Buys. Not that I disagree; I drive a Sorento and I am very happy with it.

I like the space, the comfort and the powerful, economical engine. I can only imagine the (Fortuner) critics complaining the Sorento is too soft to be part of this particular comparison. I am not sure I agree.

Take, for instance, the following example: we are a group of friends who have travelled together now for a few years. In this group is a Subaru Forester, two Fortuners (current and previous generation) and my Kia.
