START-UP NOISE

I own a 2011 VW Polo 1,4 which I bought with 68 000 km on the odo. It’s now on 107 000 km and the same phenomenon remains present: a start-up noise that sounds like timing-chain chatter, especially after the vehicle has been parked. The noise is present only for a short time after start and the oil-pressure light goes out quickly. I have raised this concern with the Volkswagen dealer where it is regularly serviced but it replied that this is normal. Should I be concerned?
