Hawks lauded for probe

THE article “Hawks head warns scam group planning assassinations” (DD, September 27) refers. I would like to greatly congratulate the Hawks head MajorGeneral Nyameko Nogwanya for his firm stand against the pension group fraudsters allegedly plotting acts of assassination against investigators and key witnesses.

Those accused of fraud must remain behind bars with bail denied. That will serve as a stern warning that South Africa has law and order and that there are repercussions for lawlessness. — Name supplied, via e-mail
