Bradley vows to bring a show to blow fans away

GOSPEL singer Lizanne Bradley is bringing her first Ignite My Worship show to the Eastern Cape Audio Visual Centre on Saturday.

The singer, who started singing at the age of eight, said this was her first annual concert and was looking forward to many more to come.

Bradley promised the show would be a night to remember as she would be leading people to a deeper level of worship. “I believe you can never take people where you have never been before and that’s exactly what Ignite My Worship is about.”

She said the show was inspired by John 4:23-24, which reads: “But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship Him. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

“I was also at a place once in my life of being dry inside, not having any direction, going through pain and disappointments, suffering from rejection and resentment.

“But God called me out and He turned my life around so this is the assignment to me in this season to minister through my music and word what God is saying, the word of God says that we will overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony,” she said, adding she believed that God was calling His people back to the heart of worship; back to the very first love they had with Him.

Bradley said Ignite My Worship was not just a show but would be a night of worship where people will have an encounter with God. “This is what people can expect,” she said.

Bradley will be joined by Sibu Mbuku, a worship leader at Word and Life Centre, Thandi Ralana and Hope Ntshona, wife of Zama Ntshona from the Zama and the Voice Ministries.

The singer has been a part of Harmony House Ensemble, a local band that creates platforms for local gospel artists to collaborate with renowned national artists. She has also served in the worship team at River Park Ministries.

Tickets for the show cost R100 and will be available at the door. —
