EC reserve does trick for Somizi and his bae
SOMIZI and his bae Mohale just spent a long weekend at the exclusive, big-five Pumba private game reserve just outside Grahamstown.
“When u can be with just one person for a few days without any destruction any noise and u can still laugh smile tear up. That’s not just yo soulmate. That’s yo bestie‚” Somizi Instagrammed.
The lovebirds announced their engagement in March.
“I’m not a long time engager. I’m not talking about getting engaged seven years ago. It must be within a year-ish,” Somizi said at the time. At the Comedy Central Roast of
Somizi – recorded in front of a live sold-out audience at the plush 1 100seat Lyric Theatre in Johannesburg 10 days ago – SomGaga got mocked for having such a young bae‚ but when it was his turn to take to the podium‚ he said he didn’t care because he loved Mohale.
The 80-minute show saw theatre goers gasp, roar with laughter and eagerly champion on panel members.
Roast Master Gareth Cliff was joined by the who’s who of the entertainment and comedy world including Skhumba, DJ Fresh, Nomzamo Mbatha, Kurt Darren, Joanne Joseph, Schalk Bezuidenhout and politician Fikile Mbalula.
The side-splitting show around the man in the firing line, radio jock and TV host Somizi Mhlongo, will air on Comedy Central tomorrow.
