The old Fruit & Veg City in Balfour Park usher’s in a new and improved Food Lovers Market.

Almost 20 years to the date, the city of East London saw the introduction of a Fruit & Veg City (FVC). Offering primarily fresh produce, a basic range of groceries and everyday meats allied to convenience and unbeatable prices.

Starting from humble beginnings in November of 1998, the store proved to be an absolute winner and served the East London community with value and bulk savings.

However, changes were afoot and the group wanted to be a greater role player in fresh foods and Food Lovers Market was borne.

The new East London store will now boast the latest offerings of a typical Food Lover’s Market and more.
