Eastern Cape (Eastern Half) Fine along the coast at first, otherwise cloudy and warm, but hot in places over the interior. Scattered thunderstorms are expected in the north, otherwise isolated. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-westerly becoming moderate to strong easterly to southeasterly in the afternoon.
