Heaven and Earth Group Exhibition
This body of work acknowledges the ongoing climate crisis. The exhibition will feature the work of printmaker Kristen Mcclarty, Kenyan-born visual artist and UCT alum Catherine Ocholla, painter and printmaker Laurel Holmes and painter Karen Wykerd. The opening event will run from 11am till 2pm, and the gallery will be open between 9am and 5pm. Entry is free.

Immerse yourself in the world of Peter Pan, the boy who never grew up and who lives in Neverland. Award-winning director and actor Janice Honeyman conceptualised the show. Playing the title role is actor Sandi Dlangalala, who will be joined on stage by Kiruna-lind Devar (Wendy Darling) and Ben Voss (Captain Hook). The show starts at 6pm. If you’re a wildlife lover looking for a chance to contribute to a good cause, then check out this 6km or 16 km hike. The Island Nature Reserve, which is primarily an indigenous coastal forest, is known for its stunning views and diverse flora and fauna. Proceeds from the event will go towards the conservation of rhinos. Hikers of all fitness levels are welcome. The hike will begin at 7am. Entry costs R50 in person at the start.
