It’s tough to pay tax and see students remain unhappy

-

Protocol, 75% of our ministers are deemed to be corrupt so who do you give the diplomatic note to, directly to the big guy of course. Joe Soap.

Malema, your rants did it again. You have been the cause of the Clare Estate mob invasion of King Dinuzulu Hospital clamouring for jobs. Burning a bus, breaking glass doors, terrifying people and bringing traffic to a standstill. I knew this would happen.

Here’s hoping and praying that the majority government, after elections, will allow Ms Batohi a totally free hand to begin to take all corrupted individuals, public and private, to task, without interference. This may be the last chance for this country to save itself from economic anarchy and vanishing into complete oblivion! Ese

EFF: Can anyone with the faintest idea of an education believe the EFF so-called commander in chief’s ranting of being the government in waiting? This government will solve all the problems of our country, unemployment, health, education, economy, and housing. All this with just shooting of the mouth. In the manifesto speech, there was no how and when all this can be achieved. All I can say is this ranting will appeal to all those involved in state capture corruption, non-workers, fall outs of school and university. You can’t fool the nation to believing this hogwash.

ODDS AND ENDS

Student protests: Once again they’re not happy. They are never happy. They don’t want to study, that’s what the news reports today. Lock the doors and close the institution forever. We the public can’t keep paying tax, as per usual, in order for these unhappy undergraduates to demonstrate their unhappiness. Shut it down. Bulldoze it to the ground, and let them sit on breweries crates to demonstrate their achievement. No more taxpayers money to subsidize their unhappiness. Those who are committed, correspond like most students. Hector van Heerden.

What quality of students is SA producing, everything is about destruction, why is the government not implementing all students register at tertiaries, like Unisa? No more unruly students, destruction of state entities, education, accommodation, transport costs, no food preparation, cheap registration cost, only those determined to study will achieve, the excess will allow for additional text books.

Negative police force refusing to investigate cybercrime. Police force giving us a run around. Lost all confidence in police. Bheki Cele please get your uniform out as you will do a better job than the majority of your police force. Crime fighting is almost non-existent.

Physicians and specialists lack values and are driven by money. Wife is in hospital and I cannot meet the doctor during the ward rounds as they have no fixed time. They don’t return calls and neither can we disturb them in the consulting rooms. It is a no-win situation.

Unions have been objecting and picketing against ideas to privatise Eskom. Unions naively argue job losses but forget that section 197 of the LRA protects workers as they will be taken over by new owners. What then are unions fearing? I guess it’s manipulation of tenders and corruption as many leaders have been fingered for corruption recently.

Private sector is a bit difficult to steal.

Two valuable and highly trained policemen recently died fighting heavily armed cash-in-transit heist terrorists. Seven terrorists also died in the shootout. The government needs to get their intelligence right as these gangs appear to be too well informed about the movement of the money across different areas. There must be people working for the gangs on the ‘inside.’ Second, arm and train SWAT teams in the provinces who are highly mobile to track and eradicate these urban terrorists, who are undermining the security of our country. The SAHRC is a toothless body who assist people based on race. My rights were violated and when I contacted them a lady requested I give them a report and I did so in 2012. Upon numerous enquiries I was told I will be contacted. Nothing happened. They are scared of a particular race group. Shame on you.
