Sex tape ‘women’ are pupils, says MEC

THE KwaZulu- Natal Department of Education insists that the women in a sex video with a teacher are school pupils.

This comes after the Nqutu teacher denied he had been filmed having sex with underage pupils. A lawyer for the teacher said the women who appeared in the video, which emerged on social media last week, were in their twenties.

In a statement yesterday, the department rejected the teacher’s claims.

“We do not want to argue this matter in public, since it is sub judice. However, we want to confirm that we have it on good record that pupils seen in that infamous video are indeed our learners,” Education MEC, Mthandeni Dlungwane, said. – Daily News Reporter
