DRIVERS of vehicles with irregular or obscured registration numbers should be careful – they are guilty of offences under the Road Traffic Act and can incur unnecessary fines. According to city traffic chief Sam Vorster all motor vehicles on public roads must display registration plates in the prescribed manner.
