A MAN was killed after his vehicle collided with a truck on the “road of death” between Barkly West and Delportshoop over the weekend. He apparently attempted to avoid a donkey on the road. The 44-year-old man, Bogo Nelson Matjie, was apparently on his way from Delportshoop on Friday evening at approximately 7 pm when he crashed into the truck. He was killed instantly.
