POLLING took place yesterday in the Barkly West division in connection with the return of a representative to the Provincial Council. There were three candidates nominated, Messrs CEM Honey (Unionist), GHM Barrell (who also stood as a SAP candidate), and HD Roux (Nationalist), and the campaign has been actively conducted.
