KRC, Hartswater into finals

TWO SEMI-FINAL club rugby matches were played recently in the Kimberley First League. The results from the matches are:

Hartswater were at home to the Christiana Rooikatte, and the hosts ran out winners by 19-14. At half-time the hosts were 12-11 in the lead.

The second semi-final, played in Douglas, saw Kimberley Rugby Club convincingly beating Douglas 38-10, the halftime score was 12-3 in favour of KRC.

Herman Fouche (3), Dehlyne Mathews, Deon Carney and Leonardus Meyer (1 each).

Zandré Swartz (2), Cornel Witbooi and Morné Morolong (1 each).

Kimberley Rugby Club will take on Hartswater in the final at a venue and date that will be announced later.
