THE KIMBERLEY Divisional Council will have to bear a quarter to the Railway Administration’s three-quarters of the cost of the overhead bridge which will eliminate the level crossing on the Alexandersfontein Road. The councillors are worried, however, about news that the Administration intends increasing the number of tracks from four to six.
