Summerhill win big at KZN breeders awards
SUMMERHILL Stud were the big winners at Friday night’s KZN Breeders awards held at Fordoun Hotel and Spar near Nottingham Road.
Also honoured was Summerhill boss Mick Goss who was on hand to receive a Special Lifetime Achievement Award.
Horse of the Year was Summerhillbred Takingthepeace who was also voted Champion Three-year-old Filly and Champion Middle Distance Female.
Goss and Summerhill-breds received nine awards.
