Easy boere­wors and pap pizza

SERVES 4 PREPA­RA­TION: 5 MIN COOK­ING: 25-30 MIN

500ml (2c) maize meal por­ridge 1 can (410g) chakalaka

250g boere­wors, cooked

and cut into pieces

100g grated moz­zarella

or ched­dar cheese

Pre­heat the oven to 230°C and grease a 5-cm deep bak­ing sheet or cake tin with non-stick spray.

1 Pre­pare the por­ridge ac­cord­ing to the packet in­struc­tions and press into the pre­pared bak­ing sheet or cake tin.

2 Spread the chakalaka over the pap base and top with the boere­wors pieces. Scat­ter the grated cheese on top.

3 Bake for about 5-10 min­utes or un­til the cheese has melted and starts to brown slightly. Slice and serve im­me­di­ately.
