Easy boerewors and pap pizza
SERVES 4 PREPARATION: 5 MIN COOKING: 25-30 MIN
500ml (2c) maize meal porridge 1 can (410g) chakalaka
250g boerewors, cooked
and cut into pieces
100g grated mozzarella
or cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 230°C and grease a 5-cm deep baking sheet or cake tin with non-stick spray.
1 Prepare the porridge according to the packet instructions and press into the prepared baking sheet or cake tin.
2 Spread the chakalaka over the pap base and top with the boerewors pieces. Scatter the grated cheese on top.
3 Bake for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and starts to brown slightly. Slice and serve immediately.
