The two had an adorably awkward moment on the red carpet when Melanie was asked whether she’d seen her daughter’s daring film She replied: ‘No, I think it would be strange for me. I know how good she is – I don’t need to see it to know that.’ Dakota shot back, ‘Alright, you don’t have to see it!’ rolling her eyes in a real ‘Mo-ooo-m!’ moment. It’s not the first time they’ve walked the red carpet together.
