Does it work?
In the absence of in-depth, longterm research into the effects of using cannabis, much of the feedback about its efficacy as a cancer treatment is anecdotal. Users have reported dramatic health benefits, with some claiming it increases cancer control. Others say they use it for pain relief, to help control nausea, to ease anxiety and to aid sleep. Many universities, including Oxford University, are conducting and coordinating research on cannabis and its biological effects.
