Which chipmunk are you?
Sarah says there are three ‘types’ of people who need help getting their shit together. She’s named her three archetypes after the characters in Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Theodore: Although sweet and agreeable, the youngest of the chipmunks is a bit of a lost cause. ‘These are the folk – however nice and well intentioned they may be – who are chronically late, underprepared and overwhelmed.’
Alvin: The oldest chipmunk has the day-to-day stuff figured out but is not very good at planning ahead. He’s a fake-it-’til-you-make-it kind of guy – except he never really makes it.
Simon: The middle sibling has all his ducks in a row – or that’s how it seems. ‘They plan elaborate shindigs, never say no to a friend in need and are very good at Excel spreadsheets… They’ve perfected the illusion of having their shit together, operating under the mistaken belief that being in demand, booked up and perennially under the gun equals “winning”.’
