Melissa van Zyl has great tips when it comes to changing your makeup routine as you get older. ‘Stick to dewy, lightweight formulas such as tinted moisturisers or CC creams instead of heavy foundations as they tend to settle in fine lines and wrinkles and draw attention to them,’ she advises. ‘Also make sure your coverage has an SPF to protect your skin and prevent hyperpigmentation. One thing I recommend you steer clear of is glittery eyeshadow – the pigment will just sit in the creases of your eye, making you look a lot older.’
