Car guard’s disgusting behaviour

-

Jacqi, George:

I was at our beautiful Post Office in York Street (on Tuesday 25 July) fetching our mail. I parked my car opposite the Post Office to catch some shade from the old trees lining the paving area.

To my horror, standing in front of the tree was one of the self-proclaimed and rough-looking parking guards urinating against the tree.

In public - exposed for everyone to see. It is bad enough that I, as a woman on my own, had to witness this disgusting behaviour - but sitting on the other side of the paving was a Mum and toddler waiting for the bus (she had her little girl huddled close to her while she watched the offensive man urinating in horror)!

Surely this is entirely illegal behaviour. When he finished his business - he kind of just sidled off, slowly ‘repackaging his privates back into his pants’ as he walked off and headed back into the Post Office car park area to continue making a nuisance of himself (because let us be very honest, no one really needs a car guard at the Post Office car park).

I looked at the base of the tree and there was a huge urine puddle. It is clear this is the common p@#*-ground (excuse the language). So disgusting that this unacceptable behaviour is allowed and no longer dealt with accordingly.

What is the correct route to get rid (probably a harsh word) of the car guards at the Post Office?

They are not giving the community a service, they are menacing to the folks who park there and are now a menace to everyone who walks by this area by exposing themselves and urinating publicly.
