Enjoy Vintage and Vine Festival at Plett

-

A brand new festival, the Plett Vintage and Vine, is set to be held at Luka Wine Farm between Knysna and Plettenberg

Bay on 21 October. This soirée aims to transport festival-goers back to the golden era of vintage wheels, speakeasies, oldworld charm and, of course, lots of tipple.

Daytime fun is a family affair, starting at 11:00 and ending at 16:00, with fabulous gourmet food, live entertainment, a vintage motorcycle and bicycle show and activities for the kiddies. A wine bar, coffee and craft beer will keep mom and dad happy. Entry fee is R100 per adult (pre-sale online) and R120 at the door. Under 12s enter free.

Night-time brings 'adults only' entertainment, from 16:00 until late.

A speakeasy Prohibition party will take place with a live swing band, a dance floor, a whiskey and gin bar, a Luka wine and bubbly bar and a welcome snack. Cash bar and gourmand food trucks will be on hand for late-night snacks. Tickets are R250 per person (pre-sale) or R300 at the door. The evening promises to be a classy themed affair with all the bells and whistles.
