On F­ri­day 10 No­vem­ber, Te­am Cy­cle 4 Di­a­be­tes, led by the foun­der of C4D Dr Ja­c­ques Van S­ta­den, will a­gain turn the top end of York S­treet blue to rai­se a­wa­re­ness a­round di­a­be­tes and to gi­ve back to the George com­mu­ni­ty. Me­di­cal pro­fes­si­o­nals will do di­a­be­tes scree­n­ing from 08:00 to 14:00, free of char­ge, to all mem­bers of the pu­blic. As be­fo­re, the Al­goa FM hit mo­bi­le will pro­vi­de li­ve mu­sic on the day.

All you ha­ve to do is tell your fa­mi­ly, friends and col­le­a­gues to hop on a GO GEORGE bus and fol­low the blue to be screen­ed for di­a­be­tes. E­quip your­self for the fig­ht a­gainst this in­si­di­ous con­di­ti­on!

Free di­a­be­tes scree­n­ing will be a­vai­la­ble on F­ri­day 10 No­vem­ber.
