Louna Stofberg to usher in organ concerts
Louna Stofberg will be the first organist to perform in the upcoming three-concert series in the Dutch Reformed Mother Church.
The series, "Organ Fantasy", starts with her concert at 19:00 on Thursday 24 May. Louna, who has several music degrees and has been a Unisa examiner, is currently the resident organist at the Dutch Reformed Church in Hermanus.
She will play works by Bach, Mendelssohn, Albert Troskie and Martin Mans. Music lovers are invited and encouraged to make an effort to be there.
A series ticket for all three concerts can be bought on Quicket or at the Mother Church office for R250. Single tickets cost R100.
