A 21-year-old woman is currently fighting for her life in the George Hospital after a Translux bus hit the vehicle she and her mother were travelling in on Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning Lorinda Olyn was still in ICU in an induced coma. According to her dad, Gerrie, she had blood to the brain. “We will have to wait until this afternoon to hear what the doctors say. At the moment there is still too much swelling to pinpoint the extent of her injuries,” he said.
